How do I sign up?

Sign up is easy, you can click any of the 'Start Service' buttons or scroll to the bottom of the home page. Enter your zip code, and fill out the rest of the form. I will then contact you to setup your initial service date.

How do I pay for the service?

Accepted Answer

Once you have completed the 'Start Service' form on our website, you will receive an email that has a button saying 'View Request'. This button will take you to your secure login page where you can click 'Wallet' on the left side to add your method of payment.

Once scheduled we will continue to service your home and bill monthly from the day you you initially signed up.

Can I cancel or pause service if needed?

Accepted Answer

Of course! There are no contracts to sign up for recurring service, so you can cancel or pause anytime you need. We also offer prorated refunds for any pre-paid services still pending.

How often should pet waste be removed?

Accepted Answer

That's up to you! Most people go with our weekly service, but we can also swing by every other week or just do a one-time visit if you want to check us out before committing.

What does service day look like?

Accepted Answer

On the day of your service, we'll send a reminder text. Dogs are welcome in the yard if they are friendly. However if they are protective, please keep them inside during our visit. After service, we’ll send a photo of the closed gate if applicable. Disposal bags will be left in your outdoor trash bin. For an additional $10 per week, we can haul it away, but most prefer using the bin. Your service days will typically be the same day each week, however as routes change, we may move your day with notice.

What are the sanitation practices?

For every visit we eco-friendly kennel grade disinfectant to clean our equipment and shoes. The biodegradable waste bags are sealed and put in your outdoor trash bin. For an extra $10 per visit we can take haul the waste away for you.

Is it safe for my dog to be outside with you during service?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our number one priority is the safety of your pet, so we always close the gate behind us. If your dog is friendly, we are happy to have them in the yard. However if they are protective, we get it. But ask that you keep them indoors while we service the yard. Reminder that we will always send you a photo text of the closed gate when we are done.

Do these rates apply for multiple dogs or large properties?

Our simple rate plan is the same for any amount of dogs.

Most residential properties are under a 1/2 acre of land and will fall into our listed service rates. However, if you are needing an area cleaned that is over 1/2 acre, please contact us for a quote.

We adjust our routes to align with service areas, enhancing our ability to assist you, reducing travel time, and promoting environmental sustainability. Our service days adhere to this schedule to ensure smooth operations for all customers.

Do you work in the rain or heat?

Yes, we work in the rain and heat. However, if the weather is unreasonably extreme or the rain is sustainably heavy we may look to reschedule your service with notice.

Absolutely, we provide pet waste cleanup for homes, businesses, and public spaces. Our listed pricing model is for standard residential properties under 1/2 acre. Please inquire for a quote on any commercial, large property or public needs.
